ALL SALES
In-stock items will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted by customer
service. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Prices may be subject to
change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. Lead
times begin with receipt of payment and order details. Goods will ship when invoice is
paid in full.
​LEAD TIMES
All lead times are estimated, and due to the handmade nature of our products can
occasionally become delayed or backordered. Custom projects typically require
additional time beyond the standard lead times for completion. Lead times are
calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The price of transport is calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and
the net size and weight of the product(s) in the shipment. Shipping charges are
additional and not included in the price of individual products.
QUICK SHIP
Some Zia•Priven products are available for Quick Ship. Limited quantities are available.
Products in this program are subject to change. Quick Ship orders typically ship within
5 business days.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders require pre-approval from Zia•Priven as not all items can be rushed. Rush
order lead times will be stated at time of order. Rush orders must be paid in full before
production can begin. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders. Please contact
Zia•Priven for approval.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders need to be placed by contacting Zia•Priven or its showroom
representatives. Custom orders require a minimum of 16 weeks for production. We
can customize or modify most of our products and upcharges will be incurred based on
the requirements of each particular order. Typically, standard upcharges begin at 10%
of the value of the standard item and increase based on the modifications. Please
contact us and we will advise as to cost and any changes or increases to lead time.
RETURNS
Due to the handmade nature of our products, Zia•Priven does not offer returns. In the
event Zia•Priven approves a return, all items must be in original unused condition. Items
must be returned within intact, original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be applied
for all returned items and a credit will be issued. There are no returns accepted on sale,
clearance, discontinued products or custom orders as these items are considered final
sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a
period of three years from date of issuance.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for any standard item ordered must be made within 5 days of confirmation
of order. Cancellations for any custom orders must be made within 2 days of
confirmation of order. Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking charge.
No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods as all orders are put
into production in our facilities immediately. Cancellations will not be accepted for rush
orders.
PHOTOGRAPHY
All efforts were made to accurately photograph all finishes, colors of finishes and
products. Some variations may occur between the photographic representation and the
actual product.
WARRANTY
Zia•Priven will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an
authorized reseller or distributor or from Zia•Priven directly. Fixtures are guaranteed to
be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one
year after date of purchase. Zia•Priven reserves the right, before having any obligation
under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for
inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to be covered under this limited
warranty, purchaser must make claim to Zia•Priven within 10 business days of
occurrence. At its discretion, Zia•Priven shall repair or replace the defective unit
covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product
must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover
any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
DAMAGES
Damages to any products not immediately visible upon delivery must be documented
and reported within 10 business of receipt of delivery. Zia•Priven is not responsible for
repair or replacement of damages reported after this time. If damage has occurred in
shipping all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate
any claim.
All Zia•Priven products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving
our facilities. There should be no visible dents, damage, holes or signs of droppage
anywhere, however, visible damages must be reported immediately, notes made and
photos taken as soon as possible in order to file a successful claim. If you receive any
damaged cartons or crates, please notate the specific damage on your delivery form(s)
and advise the driver to sign both their copy and yours. All visible damages must be
noted on the signed delivery receipt/forms and signed by both you (the recipient) and
the driver. Failure to do so will result in the carrier refusing to honor your claim. In
addition, it will be necessary to retain all packaging materials. Please contact
Zia•Priven immediately and as a courtesy, we will facilitate filing a damage claim with
our carriers.
